Branded Magnetic Box
Every pendant set ships in a premium magnetic closure box with the Bazel logo embossed in gold foil.
Felt Insert
A soft felt cushion keeps your jewelry secure and scratch-free during transit. Each piece sits in its own compartment.

No extra wrapping needed. The unboxing experience is designed to impress — perfect for gifts straight out of the shipping box.
Tracking & Delivery
Every order ships with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched. Use it to follow your jewelry from our workshop to your doorstep.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom combinations may take an additional 2–4 days for assembly.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide. Standard international delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location.
Lost or Missing Packages
All packages ship with tracking for your protection. If your package appears lost in transit, contact us immediately and we'll work with the carrier to locate it.
Important: Bazel cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been generated by the carrier. We also cannot issue refunds for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your building's front desk. If it still can't be found, contact us within 48 hours so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
