READ BEFORE REMOVING JEWELRY TAG

Items cannot be returned if the jewelry tag it removed. So please carefully hold the item and make sure it fits properly before removing the tag.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS!

• Items returned without authorization card will not be accepted.
• The time frame for return and exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
• All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear and must not be resized or altered in any way.
• When returning or exchanging items customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanged with no tracking will not be accepted. The return is fully under the customers expense.
