Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bazel jewelry. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

How Returns Work

Initiate Your Return

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Email us at info@pentings.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorization card.

Pack & Ship

Place the item in its original packaging with the authorization card included. Ship using a tracked shipping method — untracked returns will not be accepted. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Inspection & Resolution

Once we receive your return, our team inspects the item within 3–5 business days. If approved, we process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item.

Before Removing the Tag

Do not remove the jewelry tag until you're sure you want to keep the item. Items returned without the original tag attached will not be accepted. Carefully hold and inspect the piece — try it on, check the fit, examine the finish — all while the tag remains attached.

Return Conditions

Authorization Required

All returns require a return authorization card. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

30-Day Window

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date the original order was received. No exceptions after this period.

Original Condition

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and free of scratches or signs of use. Resized, engraved, or modified pieces cannot be returned.

Tracked Shipping Only

Return shipments must use a tracked method. We are not responsible for packages lost in return transit without tracking.

What Can Be Returned

ELIGIBLE

  • Pendant sets (frame + chain + circle)
  • Individual frames and chains
  • Unworn circle designs with tag
  • Generic products (rings, earrings)
  • Defective or damaged items

NOT ELIGIBLE

  • Items with tag removed
  • Worn, scratched, or altered jewelry
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards (non-refundable)
  • Items returned after 30 days

Exchanges

Want a different size or design? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Initiate the exchange, send back the original item, and we'll ship the replacement once we've confirmed the return.

Size exchanges — If you ordered the wrong pendant size (Small vs Medium vs Large), we're happy to exchange for the correct size, subject to availability.

Design exchanges — Want a different circle design? As long as the original is in unused condition with the tag, we'll swap it out. If there's a price difference, we'll adjust accordingly.
