ORDERS
If you have reached the age of majority (or legal age) in your jurisdiction (typically 17 or 18 years old) and only if you can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law, you may place orders for BAZEL360 products either through the Website, following the directions therein. We do not accept orders by email. All orders are subject to written acceptance by BAZEL360. BAZEL360 does not warrant that information on the Website (including without limitation product descriptions, colors or photographs) is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

BAZEL360 has the right to cancel any order placed by you in the event you have been involved in a dispute concerning a prior order, or if BAZEL360 has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, or are or appear to be engaged in fraudulent activities or appear to be purchasing products other than for personal use as permitted by these Terms and Conditions.
BAZEL360 reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or not process orders (including accepted orders) where the price or other material information on the Website is inaccurate, where we have insufficient quantities to fulfill an order, or for any other reason in our sole discretion. If we do not process an order for such reason, we will either not charge you or will apply credit to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Bazel360 reserves the right to modify the price of products offered on the Website at any time without prior notice to you. You will be charged the prices displayed on the Website at the time the order was confirmed by you by clicking on the "Place Order" button.
Payment Processing: We may use a third-party payment processor to process your payment information, including your payment card data. Be aware that you may be subject to the third-party processor's terms and your information may be subject to their privacy practices.
SHIPPING
During the ordering procedure, BAZEL360 will inform you of the standard time required for delivery and the various forms of delivery available for the goods purchased. You will be asked to select the shipping method as a part of the ordering procedure. Delivery costs depend on the value of the order and the delivery service chosen. BAZEL 360 reserves the right to divide the order into partial shipments. In this case, your credit or debit card will only be charged for a single shipment.
PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY
Any failure to deliver or a delivery exceeding ten (10) business days from the shipment date or any discrepancy between ordered and delivered products should be promptly reported to our customer service department by emailing info@pentings.com
All returns and exchanges must include a printed copy of the invoice received by email and all purchased products must be returned with security tags unremoved in the original packaging along with all accessories, warranty /authenticity card where applicable, and any free items sent as part of the order. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any item with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including but not limited to re- sizing) cannot be accepted. You will be refunded for the purchase price of the returned products only, the order shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returns must be received by us not later than 30 days from the day on which your order was delivered to you. Your refund will be credited back to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase on the Website once the returned products are received and passed our quality insurance inspection.
USER INFORMATION
When registering or logging, BAZEL360 gets and retains the user's email. It is used for future loggins, and will never be shared with anyone.
If a user opts to become an artist, the user can optionally add their own logo, bio, social networks, website, email, and country. This information will be shared on the site. If a user opts out of being an artist, this information will no longer be shared.
